Hey everyone! I wanted to share this easy, healthy and yummy breakfast idea with you. Fast and simple to make (and store) it will be ready whenever you are! All you need is:
One Serving:
1 cup cooked brown rice
1/4 cup original unsweetened almond milk
1/2 an apple; cubed
1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp cinnamon
handful of almonds; chopped
Combine. Cook over medium heat until most of the almond milk is absorbed. (Feel free to add more or less almond milk depending on how thick you like it)... Serve in your favorite cup or bowl... and enjoy!
I love that it is healthy yet super tasty, and keeps you full all morning! Make a big batch and store it in the fridge for a fast breakfast or even dessert, you can simply heat up.
